PSM Recruitment are seeking an experience Shift Customs Clerk to work for a successful Customs Clearance firm in Dover.Key Responsibilities:Completing the day to day customs clearance workAssisting the customs clerks with completion of customs paperwork as requiredAssisting with other operational duties within the office at Managers discretionKey Skills & Qualifications:Willingness to learn customs procedures & principlesGood understanding of Excel spreadsheetsIT LiterateMust be able to meet deadlinesBe conscientious and have attention to detailsBe able to be part of a teamMust be able to identify and report problemsCommunicate politely and efficiently with clients and internal staffAt least 1 years experience in Customs ClearanceKey Performance standards:Deadlines are met in a timely mannerProcessing is timely and accurateObtain positive client feedbackWorking Conditions:Full Time Shift work to support 24/7 operation (4 on 4 off 2 days 2 nights rotation).
