We cant offer a CoS for this roleYou haveSolicitor or barrister qualification with rights of audienceExperience managing housing litigation or a similar legal caseloadKnowledge of civil procedure rules and court processesExperience handling anti-social behaviour, possession, or tenancy breach casesYou have skills in drafting legal documents and preparing court casesStronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
