The Opportunity This is a field-based, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You may be working in luxury apartments, high-end homes, hotels or commercial environments, delivering exceptional finishes to discerning clients. Full training is provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone with a practical mindset and strong work ethic, or for experienced technicians looking to specialise further. Key Responsibilities Technical Duties * Prepare surfaces including baths, shower trays and sanitaryware for restoration * Carry out repairs and refinishing work to a high standard * Apply specialist coatings using professional spray techniques * Ensure all work meets strict quality and finish standards * Maintain tools, equipment, materials and company vehicle Customer & Service Delivery * Represent the business professionally on-site * Build strong relationships with customers and site contacts * Provide a high level of service and maintain excellent communication * Resolve minor issues on-site and escalate where needed Operational Responsibilities * Travel across London and the Home Counties * Manage daily workload and appointments efficiently * Complete job records, reports and photographic documentation * Maintain stock levels and request materials when required Health & Safety * Follow all company health & safety procedures * Use PPE appropriately and work safely with equipment and materials * Carry out risk assessments where required What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and are motivated to deliver high-quality results.
