This is an ideal role for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing high-quality support to legal professionals. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, delivering excellent client service, maintaining accurate records and assisting with case management. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, a professional approach and the ability to manage a varied workload efficiently.Duties & Responsibilities\n

- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team. \n
- Manage new client enquiries, complete conflict checks and allocate enquiries appropriately. \n
- Communicate professionally with clients by telephone, email and in person, providing updates and arranging appointments. \n
- Prepare legal documents, court bundles and correspondence as instructed by fee earners. \n
- Maintain accurate case files, including opening and closing matters using the case management system. \n
- Assist with diary management, billing support and the preparation of client cost schedules. \n
- Ensure all work is completed accurately while maintaining strict client confidentiality and compliance with firm procedures. \n
- Attend departmental and firm-wide meetings and provide general administrative support as required. \n

- Previous experience in a strong administrative support role. \n
- Excellent keyboard skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook. \n
- Experience using a legal case management system would be advantageous. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional and positive approach. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively, use initiative and maintain confidentiality at all times. \n
