Chef de Partie - Temp

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Pay Rate: £15.00 £16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Contract Type: Temporary (1 Month with potential for extension)

Hours: Full-time

We are looking for a skilled, passion-driven Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team in Hemel Hempstead for a 1-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to extend for the right candidate.

Operating a high-quality la Carte menu using fine, fresh ingredients, we need someone ready to hit the ground running on key sectionsprimarily Larder and Grill.

  Section Experience: Proven experience running the Larder and/or Grill sections in a fresh food / la Carte environment.

  Technical Skill: Excellent knife skills and strong attention to detail.

\n
• \n

  Standard & Hygiene: Solid understanding of food safety standards, stock control, and kitchen hygiene.

\n
• \n

  Punctuality & Reliability: Able to work well under pressure during peak service times.

\n
• \n

  Transport:Own transport is required due to hotel location/shift patterns.

\n

• \n

  Competitive hourly pay (£15 £16/hr dependent on experience).
