With a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction, they are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that drive growth and efficiency.Due to continued growth, they are keen to appoint an experienced a Lead IT Security Analyst to be based out of the Lutterworth offices on a hybrid basis, paying a salary range up to £62,000 plus bonus.Lead IT Security Analyst: DutiesLead security operations across multi-site infrastructure (SIEM, EDR, network security)Act as the senior escalation point for cyber incidents and investigationsDrive incident response - triage, containment, root cause analysisOversee and improve vulnerability management and threat detectionSupport secure design and architecture across infrastructure and cloud changesEnhance and manage key security tooling and controlsWork closely with IT, infrastructure, and external partners across sitesLead IT Security Analyst: Technical ExperienceProven experience in IT security / cyber operationsStrong knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cloud, and endpoint securityHands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, IAM, firewalls, vulnerability toolsConfident leading incident response and technical investigationsThe permanent opportunity for a Lead IT Security Analyst will be based out of the Lutterworth offices on a hybrid basis, paying a salary range up to £62,000 plus bonus.
