This would suit an Engineering college leaver or similar, looking to get into a hands-on engineering role.The Role:Working within our machine shop, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery (training given) to produce high-quality precision components.Key Responsibilities After Full Training:Operate HAAS CNC milling and turning machines safely and efficiently.Manufacture components to engineering drawings and specifications.Carry out routine machine checks and basic maintenance.Inspect components to ensure quality standards are maintained.Monitor production output and identify any quality or process issues.Maintain a clean and organised working area.Work closely with colleagues and the team leader to meet production targets.Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.Assist with machine set-ups and tooling changes where required.Person Specification:Engineering college leaverStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Strong time management and organisational skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Benefits:Full-time, permanent position.39-hour working week, Monday to Friday.
