The role will be wide ranging in scope and see you manage both the day-to-day sales and business development of the business, as well as the strategic development of the Company, to ensure quality and that efficiency targets are met.Main ResponsibilitiesDuties will include:Hands on day-to-day salesPushing sales targetsStrategically developing sales within the businessLiaising with a dynamic and passionate team on planning and business salesBuild and maintain good relationships with new and existing partners and clientsForward thinking and future planning of the businessPositively influence others in the businessAssume responsibility for change projects and coordinating plansThe role is suited to someone who is very dynamic, hands-on, creative and committed with previous experience in sales as well as leading a team.
