BTR Property Manager (Part Time)

The role:The Property Manager will be based on a high-end residential development in Leeds. The RSA is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents, providing excellent customer service at all times. The RSA will also be responsible for carrying out front of house duties, property management, leasing administration and organising maintenance works.Responsibilities include:Deliver exceptional customer service to every person, creating an unmatched first impressionManage resident enquiries and complaints, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficientlyLog communication with residentsConduct routine inspections of community amenities and common areasSupport the leasing team with administrationOrganise maintenance works, liaise with contractors and ensure works are progressing smoothlyFollow health & safety proceduresDay to day front of house type services such as handling parcelsThe person:Prior experience within Property Management, Lettings Administration or a similar role within Build-to-Rent or Student AccommodationExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multi-taskIf youre interested in this Part Time BTR Property Manager position and you possess the required skill set, then apply now.
