Job Title: Press SetterLocation: Ansty Park, CoventryContract: Full-time, PermanentWorking Pattern: Afternoon Shift (37.5 hours per week)About the roleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Press Setter to join a global engineering and manufacturing organisation at its Ansty Park facility. Working within a highly skilled production team, you will play a key role in operating and setting the KINTEX fin-forming machine, ensuring production requirements are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.Alongside responsibility for KINTEX operations, the role includes training in braze block activities, enabling flexibility across the production team and providing the opportunity to broaden technical skills.This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing environment known for its investment in people, advanced production processes and commitment to delivering products that support critical applications across global industries.What you will be doingAs a Press Setter, your responsibilities will include:Setting and operating the KINTEX fin-forming machine to meet production requirementsProcessing metal coil through the machine and ensuring production runs efficientlyCarrying out machine adjustments and changeovers as requiredUsing measuring and inspection equipment, including gauges and verniers, to verify product specificationsIdentifying and resolving basic machine and production issues to minimise downtimeMaintaining high standards of quality, safety and housekeeping within the production areaTraining in braze block operations and providing cover for other team members when requiredSupporting a flexible team environment by working across multiple processes as business needs dictateWhat we are looking forWe are keen to hear from experienced machine setters who have a strong technical aptitude and enjoy working within a manufacturing environment.
