This is working in a professional, client-facing environment.As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll be:Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance across electrical systemsWorking on LV systems, lighting, UPS, generators, AHUs, FCUs, and general building servicesManaging subcontractors and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standardsUsing the BMS and CAFM systems to monitor performance and close out ticketsMaintaining plant rooms to a high standard and ensuring compliance at all timesAs an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, youll need:To be fully qualified (Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent)Minimum 5 years experience within building services or facilities maintenanceGood understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systemsClient-facing with a professional, proactive approachThis is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a stable FM company with a strong reputation within the industry.TPBN1_UKTJ
