As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Blyth, Northumberland.ResponsibilitiesLead Delivery of All CSA Construction ActivitiesOversee the execution of civil, structural and architectural construction works across the project, ensuring activities are delivered safely, in line with programme milestones, and to the required technical and quality standards.Manage Site Teams, Supervisors & CSA SubcontractorsDirect daily site operations for multiple CSA subcontractors and internal supervisors, coordinating labour, materials and logistics to maintain productivity and effective sequencing of works across the site.Drive Health, Safety & Quality Standards Across CSA WorksPromote a strong safety culture on site, ensure compliance with HSE procedures, review method statements and risk assessments, and enforce strict QA/QC standards across all CSA installations.Coordinate Construction Interfaces & Site LogisticsManage workface coordination, access planning, lifting strategies and construction logistics to ensure smooth progression of CSA activities across different project zones.Monitor Programme Progress, Risks & Site PerformanceTrack progress against the construction programme, lead short-term look-ahead planning, identify risks and constraints, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain schedule and productivity targets.RequirementsMust have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades backgroundMust have 8+ years experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)Must be based within a commutable distance of Blyth, NorthumberlandBenefits£80,000 - £90,000 + PackageTPBN1_UKTJ
