Multi-Site Recruitment ResourcerLocations: Bolton, Sheffield, Winwick, & Tyneside (with remote working flexibility)Salary: From £25,500Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 18:00 or 09:00 to 17:00About the RoleWinner Recruitment is looking for a Multi-Site Recruitment Resourcer to support a number of key client sites across Winwick, Bolton, Sheffield and Tyneside.This role is focused purely on recruitment delivery, compliance, and onboarding, ensuring a consistent pipeline of fully compliant workers ready to meet client demand. You will work both remotely and on-site as required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for warehouse and driving roles across multiple sitesSource, screen and register candidates in line with client requirementsMaintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline to meet volume demandsEnsure all candidates are fully compliant (Right to Work, ID checks, references where applicable)Coordinate and deliver inductions and onboarding for new startersPrepare and issue registration packs and onboarding documentationMaintain accurate records on internal systems (ATS/compliance systems)Liaise with clients to understand recruitment needs and volumesEnsure all workers are cleared and ready to start assignments on timeSupport with general recruitment administration and candidate communicationTravel & FlexibilityTravel across Winwick, Bolton, Sheffield and Tyneside as required (typically 2–3 days per week)Flexibility to work remotely when appropriateMileage reimbursed outside of primary locationRequirementsFull UK Driving Licence and access to own vehiclePrevious experience in recruitment or high-volume hiringStrong understanding of compliance and onboarding processes (RTW, ID checks, etc.)Excellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and candidate management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentGood IT skills (MS Office; ATS experience desirable)Proactive and reliable with a strong attention to detailTPBN1_UKTJ
