Punch Press Operator

We are seeking an experienced Euromac Punch Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating Euromac punch machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal components in line with engineering drawings and production schedules.Responsibilities Set up and operate Euromac punch machines safely and efficiently.Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Load, position, and process sheet metal materials.Carry out tool changes and machine adjustments as required.Perform quality inspections to ensure components meet specifications.Identify and report machine faults or production issues.Maintain accurate production records.Work to production targets while maintaining quality standards.Ensure housekeeping and health & safety standards are maintained at all times.Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.Requirements Previous experience operating Euromac punch machinery.Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.Experience working with sheet metal fabrication processes.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.Desirable Experience with CNC punch programming.Forklift licence.Experience within a sheet metal manufacturing environment.Benefits Competitive salary.Overtime opportunities.Company pension scheme.On-site parking.Training and development opportunities.Stable, long-term employment within a growing business.TPBN1_UKTJ
