The role involves assisting clients with Learning Disabilities in various residential settings in East London with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their well-being.Duties:- Provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities- Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and feeding- Support clients in engaging in social activities and outings- Implement behaviour management strategies as needed- Administer medication following prescribed guidelines- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behaviour- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client recordsOur clients all have different needs and interests, so every day is different.We want you to feel part of the team.
