Warehouse Team Leader / FLT DriverLocation: WarwickPay Rate: £14.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30Job Type: Full-time, ongoing temporary work with the potential for longer-term opportunitiesRecruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Warwick.This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident operating FLT equipment while also overseeing a small warehouse team and supporting the day-to-day operation.Duties include: Overseeing a small team of warehouse operativesAllocating daily tasks and helping the team meet operational targetsOperating FLT equipment safelyMoving, loading and unloading stockSupporting picking, packing and general warehouse dutiesMonitoring productivity, accuracy and health and safety standardsChecking stock, paperwork and labelsReporting any operational issues to managementKeeping the warehouse clean, safe and organisedIdeal candidate: Previous experience supervising or overseeing a small warehouse teamValid Counterbalance FLT licenceAisle Master licence or previous Aisle Master experience would be highly desirableAlternatively, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences with recent experienceStrong warehouse and stock-handling experienceConfident communicating with team members and managementReliable, organised and willing to take a hands-on approachAble to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30Pay and hours: £14.00 per hourMonday to Friday08:00–16:30Day shiftsBased in WarwickApply today with an up-to-date CV.
