Production Supervisor - Electrical Manufacturing Norwich, Norfolk | £38,000–£48,000 DOE + Overtime The Opportunity We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering company within the electrical sector. Growth has created a need for an experienced supervisor to take charge of daily production - keeping wiring, fabrication and assembly teams on track, output strong, and quality consistent. The Role Run daily production across wiring, fabrication and assembly Lead toolbox talks and team briefings Allocate work and monitor productivity Train new starters, manage attendance and overtime Resolve production issues as they arise Support FAT preparation Maintain quality, documentation and housekeeping standards Support the Production Manager What You'll Bring 3+ years supervising in a relevant environment: control panels, electrical assembly, fabrication, switchgear, or industrial manufacturing Confident reading electrical/fabrication drawings and wiring schedules Solid grasp of production planning and quality control Nice-to-Haves Protection & Control panel experience HV substation or National Grid exposure ISO 9001 familiarity Lean manufacturing background The Person A natural leader and organiser who communicates clearly, solves problems on the fly, and keeps quality front of mind under pressure.
