Learning Support Assistant

Learning Support Assistant - Southampton Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in the Southampton area. This role involves working closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils access learning, develop confidence, and achieve positive outcomes within the classroom. You will provide a mixture of 1:1 support and small‑group assistance, helping pupils who may require additional guidance with their learning, engagement, organisation, or classroom participation.
