DLO Electrician needed in Croydon Paying £20.30 per hr ref OR109856

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation works within occupied and void properties.

• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
\n
• Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical installations.
\n
• Complete planned, responsive, and emergency maintenance works.
\n
• Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations, health and safety legislation, and organisational procedures.
\n
• Complete all required documentation, certification, and job records accurately using mobile technology.
\n
• Liaise professionally with tenants, residents, contractors, and colleagues.
\n
• Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition.
\n
• Participate in emergency call-out and out-of-hours services where required.
\n
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service and value-for-money maintenance solutions.
