You will deliver a highly personalised curriculum that supports academic progress, communication, independence and life skills development. The school offers a nurturing and structured environment where pupils are encouraged to thrive at their own pace.You will work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders to create engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who wants to make a genuine difference in a rewarding specialist setting.This role would suit a qualified teacher with QTS and a genuine interest in SEND. • Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress

• Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
