Job Title: Sub Agent - Heavy Civils/Infrastructure - Heathrow Airport Rate: £450-£475 per day (Inside IR35) Contract Length: 6-9 months (strong likelihood of extension) Location: Heathrow Airport, Airside & Landside Job Description: TRIbuild Solutions is recruiting an experienced Sub Agent on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor delivering heavy civils and infrastructure upgrade works at Heathrow Airport. This role spans both airside and landside operations, offering an initial 6-9 month contract with strong potential for extension. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of works within their designated area, supporting the Project/Site Agent and ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery across multiple subcontract packages. Key Responsibilities: Manage delivery of works across designated area, ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met Oversee and manage multiple subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and site standards Support planning, sequencing, and resourcing of works Liaise with client, design teams, and internal stakeholders Monitor progress against programme and report on any deviations Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental requirements in an operational airport environmentRequirements: Proven experience as a Sub Agent on heavy civils/infrastructure projects Demonstrable experience managing subcontractors is essential Airside/airport project experience highly desirable Relevant degree or equivalent industry qualification Valid CSCS card SMSTS certification Airside pass/security clearance eligibility (or ability to obtain)Contract Details: Inside IR35 Umbrella PAYE arrangement Immediate start availableFor more information or to apply, please submit your CV via CV-Library or contact Leon at TRIbuild Solutions directly
