HR Advisor

Working alongside experienced Employee Relations professionals, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle and develop expertise in employment law, employee relations and people management.What You'll Be Doing:Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employeesSupporting employee relations processes including absence, probation, conduct and performance mattersPreparing documentation for investigations, hearings and HR meetingsAssisting Senior HR Advisers with complex employee relations casesMaintaining HR records and management informationProducing reports and monitoring case activitySupporting policy implementation and HR projectsAssisting with employee engagement initiativesWhat We're Looking For;Previous experience within HR administration, HR coordination, recruitment or an HR support roleA genuine interest in Employee Relations and Employment LawStrong organisation and attention to detailExcellent communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationConfident IT skills including Microsoft OfficeCIPD Level 3 or working towards CIPD qualification desirableWhat We Offer:Structured development towards HR Adviser levelExposure to a wide range of HR and ER activitiesSupport and mentoring from an experienced ER leadership teamCareer progression opportunities within a growing international businessExcellent team cultureCareer PathwayAt Uniserve, we are committed to developing talent from within.
