This role is outside IR35, meaning an increase in your take home pay, you will also get travel and accommodation paid for.The short breaks service provides care for children with complex needs and medical conditions, to be considered for this role, ideally you will have experience in the following areas:Complex physical and learning disabilitiesAutismComplex medical conditionsCommunication needs, including non-verbal communicationPerson centred planningMedication administrationPEG feedingIn this role, you will be supporting young people with personal care in residential settings.
