Our customers are at the heart of everything we do - we live to bring food and people together.Our passionate team of chefs, baristas, servers, nutritionists and much more, love nothing more than creating memorable moments that enrich the everyday.Come and join our award winning teams - we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Booking.com.Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per weekSalary: £34,000 per annumLocation: M3 3BGKey Responsibilities:Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties.Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures.Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration.Take a hands-on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed.Support a high-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated.What's in it for you?Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
