Recruitment Lead - Flexible UK LocationDirect Reports: 6 Recruitment AdvisorsSite Responsibility: 7 Manufacturing Sites and 13 Logistics Sites across the UKTravel: Significant UK-wide travel requiredThe OpportunityThis role combines people leadership, operational recruitment delivery and strategic workforce planning.You'll lead a team of six Recruitment Advisors supporting recruitment across 20 operational sites (7 Manufacturing and 13 Logistics) throughout the UK.Acting as the senior recruitment partner for the MMI business, you'll work closely with operational leaders to develop attraction strategies, drive recruitment performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality talent into the business.This is a highly visible role requiring a strong presence across the site network.
