Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Company Demonstrator & Product Support professional to showcase machinery, support customers and ensure successful machine installations across their trading territory.Company Demonstrator & Product Support The Job Role Details: This exciting field-based role combines machinery demonstrations, customer support, equipment handovers and product training. Working closely with the sales and workshop teams, you will prepare machines for demonstration and delivery, carry out professional handovers and help customers maximise the performance of their new equipment.You will become a product specialist, representing the business at customer demonstrations, agricultural events and on-farm visits whilst delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver agricultural machinery demonstrations across the sales territoryDeliver, install and hand over new and used agricultural machineryCarry out post-installation follow-up visitsPrepare machinery for demonstrations and customer deliveryWork closely with the workshop to ensure machines are presented to the highest standardSupport customers with product familiarisation and operationDevelop knowledge of new machinery and attend manufacturer trainingAssist with marketing content and promotional activitiesBuild strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departmentsPromote excellent health and safety standards at all timesEssential Candidate Skills & Experience: Previous experience operating agricultural machineryGood understanding of modern agricultural equipmentKnowledge of GPS guidance, telemetry and precision farming systemsMechanically minded with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadWell organised with strong attention to detailFull UK driving licenceFluent English language skillsDesirable: Previous machinery demonstration experienceExperience delivering customer trainingAgricultural dealership backgroundKnowledge of precision farming technologiesWorking Hours: This is a full-time field-based role working Monday to Friday with regular travel throughout the company's trading territory.
