If you share our values, want to be challenged, get support for your professional growth and be well rewarded, you will fit right in!What you will doThe Fleet Assistant is pivotal to the prestige brand experience for our customers, managing the vehicle handover, contributing as part of a team to the smooth running of fleet operations and ensuring vehicles are booked in and out of site efficiently. Keeping records accurate and up to date is also important to the role.How you will do itManage the vehicle handover for our customersDemonstrate exemplary customer focus and provide enthusiastic and informed supportCheck in and check out vehiclesAccurately inspect vehicles and ensure all damage/missing items are recorded on the appropriate form, take photographs and write descriptionsSafe vehicle movements around site/storage areas/ to and from the valeting bayPrepare vehicles for sale, ensuring vehicles are well presented and condition accurately recordedWhat do you need to be successfulExcellent customer service skillsTo have held a full driving licence for at least 1 year and be good at vehicle manoeuvringHigh levels of attention to detailMethodical and process driven with accurate form filling capabilityAbility to use a PDAA welcoming, friendly, positive and outgoing mannerPhysically active and able to work outside in extremes of temperatureSome knowledge of the fleet and leasing industry an advantagePrevious experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential as full training will be givenPrevious experience in vehicle inspections would be an advantageAnd in returnAs a Fleet Assistant at Global, you will receive a competitive salary plus a monthly discretionary bonus.
