Electrical Supervisor

Astute's Power Team is partnering with a well-established independent connections provider with a commitment to professional development and sustainability, to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to support around the Greater London area.The Site Supervisor role comes with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 + company vehicle, fuel card, regular overtime, an annual bonus, 30 days holiday including shutdown days & private healthcare after 6 months.If you're an Electrical Supervisor or qualified Electrician with some supervisory experience looking for that step up and want to work for an organisation that puts integrity and people at the forefront of everything it does, then submit your CV to apply today.Responsibilities and duties of the Electrical Supervisor roleReporting to the Operations Manager you will:Support Project Managers to plan and deploy resources for electrical installation works.Manage the daily planners for Electrical Installers.Produce take?off sheets from designs and procure all relevant electrical installation materials.Ensure all installations are compliant with BS7671, using your expertise alongside company systems and processes to manage quality.Compile, review, and challenge site?specific RAMS and Programmes of Work.Carry out Health & Safety Audits and Toolbox Talks with installers on site.Prepare, review, and sign off electrical installation certificates in line with NICEIC or equivalent standards.Assist Project Managers in compiling all required handover documentation for each project.Any other reasonable request aligned with this role as directed by the Operations Manager.Professional qualificationsWe are looking for someone with the following:NVQ Level 3 electrotechnical qualification18th edition wiring regulations certified2391-52 or equivalent inspection and testingSSSTS or SMSTS is ideal but not necessaryValid UK Driving LicencePersonal skillsThe Electrical Supervisor role would suit someone who is:Able to communicate effectively both internally and to stakeholdersAble to work under pressure and meet deadlinesSalary and benefits of the Electrical Supervisor role£45,000 - £50,000 + company vehicle, fuel card, regular overtime, an annual bonus, 30 days holiday including shutdown days & private healthcare after 6 months.INDPOW#LI-TS1Astute People are acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
