This is a great role if you're looking to join a fast growing building service provider, covering your own portfolio of commercial properties, allowing you to manage your own sites and clients!As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be covering the City of London and West End. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&E Systems, statutory compliance duties, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and deal with the client requests.Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:Carrying out planned and reactive electrical / mechanical maintenance in commercial propertiesDiagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectivelyConducting inspections, testing, and compliance checksEmergency lighting testing and remedialWorking on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systemsMaintaining accurate records and documentationDelivering a high standard of customer service on-siteCollaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service deliveryFoot Mobile Engineer Requirements:Fully qualified in either electrical installations or mechanical related engineeringAt least 3 years experience in commercial maintenanceApprentice trained - desirableGood M&E knowledgeSalary and Package:£45,000 per annumTravel expensedMonday - Friday, 8am - 5pmPrivate healthcareYearly bonusesYearly pay review25 days annual leave + bank holidaysCompany pension schemeOvertime availableInternal progressionAdditional trainingIf you're interested in this Foot Mobile Engineer Role, apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
