Position: Design ManagerLocation: Bromley, KentSalary: £70k-£80k plus benefits package, including profit share related bonusThis Design Manager role:An exciting opportunity for a Design Manager to join a successful, growing contractor with a great long-standing reputation. You will work on projects in most sectors including education, social housing, commercial, leisure and healthcare. You will as a Design Manager, be hands on and commercially minded.The projects:As mentioned, the projects will vary in most sectors of construction and will include refurbishments, new builds and fitout. As a Design Manager you could run up to 3 projects depending on their values and locations.
