The team includes roofers, builder multis and groundworkers and therefore experience of managing a team is essential, alongside strong proven working at height technical experience. To be considered for the role you should have experience in site management and safety planning, including but not limited to working with a Health and Safety team to implement and monitoring RAMS. The ideal candidate should have experience with working at height equipment such as harnesses, scaffolding and ladders.The role is based at our Beeston office near Nottingham but will be a mixture of out on site and in the office so it is perfect for someone looking for a mixture of in and out of office working. In this role, you will step into a leadership position where you can utilise your expertise to oversee and guide a team of dedicated tradespeople.
