Our client is offering an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious and motivated individual to join their growing commercial team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor through a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship Programme. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in Quantity Surveying while earning a full-time salary and gaining valuable industry experience. You will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of construction projects whilst studying towards a recognised Quantity Surveying degree. What You'll Be Doing As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team with a range of duties including: Assisting with cost planning and budget managementSupporting the preparation of valuations and applications for paymentAssisting with subcontractor procurement and account managementMonitoring project costs and reporting on financial performanceHelping to prepare tender and contract documentationSupporting the management of variations and change controlWorking closely with project managers, site teams and commercial colleaguesDeveloping a thorough understanding of construction contracts and commercial processesDegree Apprenticeship Programme This opportunity includes a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship with Wrexham University / Coleg Cambria One day per week dedicated to university/college attendanceFour-year structured learning programmeNo tuition fees or student debtFull-time salary throughout your studiesCombination of practical workplace experience and academic learningClear progression pathway towards becoming a qualified Quantity SurveyorCareer Development & Support Our client is committed to investing in your future and has created a structured development programme to ensure your success.
