You will be joining a very secure and expanding business, where you will enjoy a varied working environment, a great team culture and an exciting new career move.The Job Youll Do;Responsible for Producing 2D electrical schematics and interconnection drawingsSolidworks / AutoCAD operator focusing on electrical requirements of the Engineering Dept.Knowledge / experience of electrical control panel design for industrial equipment.Read, understand and produce panel layout drawings, electrical control schematics and interconnection diagrams derived from customer, and internal specificationsLiaise with workshop staff to create SOP's and streamline electrical equipment design and build within the company.Good database and computer skills. MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc)Ability to work unsupervised and create detailed electrical drawings as detailed above and also manufacturing package of drawings, parts lists and BOM's.About You;An ONC, HNC, or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.Ability to discuss drawings and technical detailsExperience of using AutoCAD is essentialExperience of using Solidworks is essentialElectrical / control knowledge is essential or experience working in a relevant industry.Knowledge of production engineering practicesTPBN1_UKTJ
