Senior H&S Consultant South London | Multi Disciplinary Environment - Salary £55,000 - £60,000Carriera is working with a well-established and growing consultancy to recruit an experienced H&S / CDM Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic and client-focused environment.The Role As an H&S / CDM Consultant, you will support clients across a range of projects, providing expert advice on health and safety and CDM Regulations. You will play a key role in delivering Principal Designer duties and ensuring effective design risk management from project inception through to completion.Key Responsibilities Advise clients on their duties under CDM 2015Undertake Principal Designer duties in line with regulationsManage and coordinate design risk throughout project lifecyclesProvide guidance to project teams on health and safety mattersReview and contribute to Design Risk AssessmentsPrepare and manage Health and Safety documentationCoordinate pre-construction phases and project informationConduct CDM audits on construction sitesLiaise with contractors, designers, and clients to ensure complianceAttend design, site, and progress meetingsSupport senior consultants on complex projectsReview risk assessments, method statements, and O&M manualsAssist in producing and finalising Health and Safety FilesAbout You IOSH or Association for Project Safety qualification (or working towards)Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar H&S/CDM roleStrong knowledge of CDM 2015 and wider H&S legislationExperience managing design risk and working across multiple projectsConfident communicator with strong client-facing skillsAbility to produce high-quality documentation independentlyExcellent organisational and time management skillsWhat's on Offer Salary: £55,000Car allowancePrivate health insurance25 days holiday plus bank holidaysOption to buy additional holidayOpportunity to work on diverse and engaging projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentClear career progression within a growing consultancyHow to ApplyFor further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Alex Harcombe on 07930 904405.Equal Opportunities StatementCarriera Limited values diversity and promotes equality.
