This is an excellent opportunity to join a company renowned for exceptional craftsmanship and involvement in some of the UK's most prestigious commercial and residential projects.About the RoleAs a CNC Router Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting, operating, and maintaining Biesse CNC routing machines within a modern workshop environment. You will play a key role in the production of precision components.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate Biesse CNC router machines to produce components to specificationRead and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and cutting listsLoad materials including MDF, plywood, laminates, and hardwoodsAdjust machine settings, tooling, and parameters to ensure precision and qualityMonitor machine performance and carry out routine maintenance checksEnsure all work meets high standards of accuracy and finishWork efficiently to deadlines while maintaining quality standardsCollaborate closely with workshop and production teamsAbout YouProven experience as a CNC Router Setter/Operator within a joinery or manufacturing environmentExperience setting and operating Biesse CNC routersAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD filesStrong attention to detail and quality controlGood understanding of health and safety within a workshop environmentPositive attitude and strong work ethicTeam player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentTo ApplyPlease submit your up-to-date CV.
