Paint Sprayer Norfolk | Days / Twilight ShiftsAbout the Hiring Organisation / About Us This role is being advertised by Arden White - we are a specialist engineering recruitment agency focused on engineering and manufacturing across the UK and around the world.Role Overview In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicle body panels to the highest quality standards. You will be part of the Operations team, working within a fast-paced production environment, and play a key role in delivering high-performance products to exacting specifications.Key Responsibilities Prepare and inspect vehicle body panels prior to paint applicationApply primer, base coat, and clear coat finishes to required standardsOperate paint spraying equipment safely and efficientlyMeet daily production and quality targetsFollow all documented processes and proceduresComplete tasks within defined cycle timesMaintain a clean and organised working environmentContribute to team performance and continuous improvementWhat Youll Bring (Requirements) Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer within automotive or manufacturingStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work to production targets and deadlinesUnderstanding of health, safety, and quality proceduresReliable, proactive, and team-oriented approachLocation & Working Pattern Location: Norfolk, UKWorking pattern: On-siteShift pattern: Day shifts and twilight shifts available (twilight includes additional allowance)Salary & Benefits Salary negotiable dependent on experienceBenefits:25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysEarly finish Fridays or 4-day working pattern (shift dependent)6% employer pension contributionDiscretionary bonus schemePrivate healthcareIncome protectionDisturbance allowance (twilight shifts)Employee wellbeing and discount platformFree on-site parkingSubsidised canteenEmployment Details Employment type: PermanentHours: Full-timeStart date: ASAPWhy Apply?
