Warehouse Operative (Full-Time)40 hours per weekMonday to Friday - 8:30 to 16:30Immediate startWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while helping to keep our warehouse running efficiently.Working both independently and as part of a team, you'll need to be organised, proactive and flexible, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. No two days are the same, so you'll be happy to support different areas of the business when required.Key Responsibilities Receive, check and process incoming and outgoing deliveriesPick, pack and dispatch customer and contract orders accuratelyLoad and unload vehicles safelyMaintain stock accuracy, including assisting with stock takesCarry out quality checks on orders before dispatchKeep the warehouse clean, organised and safeEnter data using our warehouse system (full training provided)Support colleagues and assist in other factory roles when requiredWhat We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essentialGood IT and computer skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood numeracy and communication skillsReliable, punctual and able to work independentlyPositive attitude with a willingness to learnOwn transport is essentialFLT (Forklift Truck) licence is desirable but not essentialPhysical RequirementsThis is an active role involving manual handling, lifting, bending, reaching and standing for extended periods.
