Technical Operator | Elton | Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026 | Salary- £34,000- £38,00012-hour shifts, days only, 3 days one week, 4 days the next alternating weekly3 days- Mon- Wed4 days- Mon- ThurAll Shifts- 06:45- 19:00As Technical Operator, you'll be a self-starter, eager and a great team player, you thrive on supporting colleagues across the business to spearhead product quality and customer expectations.You will be responsible for the efficient running of the specify work area in the Filling Hall. Ensuring process and packaging operations are delivered to company standards for safety, product quality and customer expectations.The Key RequirementsExperience with modern manufacturing methodologies such as AM , TPM , or 6S .Strong technical aptitude - able to diagnose and troubleshoot process/machine problems effectively.Working knowledge of BRC , ISO , or HACCP standards (advantageous).A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.At Encirc, we make, fill and move glassPart of the Vidrala group, we are a market leader in glass container design, manufacturing, bottling and logistics solutions for the UK, Irish and European food and beverages industries.With over 2,000 employees, we operate from our three purpose-built sites: Derrylin, Co Fermanagh; Elton, Cheshire and Bristol.
