Workshop Controller

£38,000 Basic Salary | Up to £55,000 OTE

• Managing the day-to-day running of the workshop.
\n
• Allocating work efficiently to technicians based on skill level and workshop demands.
\n
• Monitoring workshop productivity and ensuring deadlines are met.
\n
• Supporting, coaching and motivating the workshop team.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of quality, health and safety, and manufacturer compliance.
\n
• Liaising with the Service Department to ensure customers are kept informed of repair progress.
\n
• Assisting with technical queries and ensuring repairs are completed to the highest standard.
\n

• Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Workshop Supervisor or Senior Technician within the motor trade.
\n
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
\n
• Excellent technical knowledge with strong diagnostic understanding.
\n
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• A proactive and customer-focused approach.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
