Job Title: Production Quality Control AssistantLocation: CorbyHours: 4 on 4 off (rotating days/nights)Pay: £13.50 per hourOverviewWorking in a factory environment, you will test, measure, and monitor product quality, ensuring processes and standards are consistently met while supporting continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities? Carry out routine inspections and tests on materials and products.? Ensure flexible packaging meets quality standards (seal strength, print quality, barrier properties, dimensions, etc.).? Record and analyse data, keeping accurate quality documentation.? Maintain and calibrate testing equipment.? Maintain a tidy QC area and uphold BRCGS standards.? Report maintenance issues and ensure smooth shift handovers.? Meet daily production and quality targets.Skills & Experience? QC experience desirable but not essential but a good eye for detail will be required? Basic maths and computer skills (Microsoft Office).? Strong communication, timekeeping, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.? Proactive, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.?
