This is a customer-facing role where you'll lead governance meetings, manage suppliers, drive ITIL best practices, and oversee service transitions into BAU.Key experience:Proven Service Delivery Manager experience within Managed ServicesStrong ITIL knowledge (Incident, Problem, Change & Service Management)Experience across M365, Azure, Service Desk, Cloud, Network or End User ComputingExcellent stakeholder and supplier management skillsServiceNow ITSM experienceSC Clearance is essential (active clearance preferred)This is a fantastic opportunity to support a high-profile programme within a complex, regulated environment.
