This is a great role if you want to join a highly reputable building service provider, known for offering internal progression and valuable career progression to their engineers!This is a static role, following a Monday - Friday schedule (40 hours)As a Building Services Engineer, you will carry out PPM and reactive maintenance around site on mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshoot / fault find, diagnose faults, respond to emergencies, report into the Site Manager and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided on site.Building Services Engineer:PPM and Reactive MaintenanceElectrical Fault-Finding, Single & Three Phase Power, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, BMS Operation ,AHUs, FCUs, Generators, VAV/VRFs, Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc)., Cooling Towers, Pumps & MotorsSite Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, QuotationsCommunicate with the clientBuilding Services Engineer Requirements:City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) in electrical or mechanical engineeringApprentice trained (Desirable)Building service maintenance experienceAt least 3 years experience within commercial property maintenanceSalary and Package:£45,000 - £48,000 per annumPrivate health and dental care25 days annual leave + Bank holidaysMonday - Friday, 40 hour weekCompany pension schemeInternal progressionAdditional trainingOvertime availablePosted by Alex ClarkTPBN1_UKTJ
