Technical Associate

Technical Associate to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £50,000 . Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm with 1 hybrid day.The role is suited to a candidate with a proven track record of managing and delivering working drawings for housing developers, HA's, Contractors and SME's, either from within an architect's office or within a housing developer/contractor.Duties:Working closely with the technical management team and technical director to ensure best practices are refined and implementedProgramming work for themselves and the technical teamAssisting in the preparation of fee proposals for new projects and additional workLiaising with clients, stakeholders, and external consultantsBusiness DevelopmentAssisting the technical director managing the technical teamCarrying out site visits and appraisalsThe delivery and management of working drawing projects within the technical teamDevelopment and mentoring staffBenefits:£50,000HolidayPensionTAX free bonus schemeHealthcare Cover SchemeExperience required:Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibilityGood communication skills, as interaction with other professionals, authorities and clientsMust be conversant with all packages in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD, AdobeThe ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;A logical and practical approach as well as an ability to solve problem;Time management and ability to prioritise workloadsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
