Client Advisor

We are seeking a Client Advisor to join a busy Commercial Insurance team within a well-established independent brokerage. You will provide high-quality service and technical support to clients, helping to manage their insurance needs from new business through to renewals and mid-term adjustments.Working closely with Client Executives and insurers, youll play a key role in delivering excellent client outcomes while developing your technical knowledge of commercial insurance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage new business, renewals and mid-term adjustmentsProvide technical administration across commercial insurance policiesLiaise with insurers to secure appropriate cover for clientsHandle client queries, claims support and policy updatesEnsure accurate records and compliance with FCA requirementsIdentify cross-selling and up-selling opportunitiesSupport payment processing and premium finance arrangementsAbout YouExperience in a regulated or FCA-compliant environmentBackground in general insurance or strong client service experienceStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident working independently and as part of a teamCustomer-focused with a proactive approachDesirableKnowledge of commercial insuranceProgress towards CII qualificationsExperience using Acturis or similar systemsTPBN1_UKTJ
