This role involves working within a chilled environment and offers opportunities across both dispatch and fresh food production departments.Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a cold environment, carrying out physical tasks, and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.Duties & Responsibilities Dispatch Operative Picking customer orders accuratelyScanning order tickets and productsPalletising and preparing orders for dispatchMoving and lifting boxes weighing up to 20kgEnsuring orders are packed correctly and ready for shipmentMaintaining a clean and organised work areaFresh Room Operative Preparing and processing fresh fish productsPacking products into appropriate packagingLabelling products accuratelyFollowing food safety and hygiene proceduresConducting quality checks on productsMaintaining cleanliness within the production areaRequirements Previous warehouse, production, food production, or dispatch experience is advantageous but not essentialComfortable working in a chilled environmentAble to carry out manual handling and lift up to 20kgGood attention to detailReliable with a strong work ethicAble to work effectively as part of a teamUnderstanding of health and safety proceduresWorking Environment Cold/chilled working conditionsHigh-visibility vest and safety footwear are mandatoryWarm clothing is strongly recommendedAvailable Shift Patterns Monday to Friday, 9:30pm 6:30amIf you are looking for a hands-on role within a busy and supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
