Are you an organised Administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service?We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing business seeking a proactive Administrator to join their Quality Assurance team. This is a varied role combining administration, customer service, order processing and coordination duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy office environment and managing multiple priorities.The RoleAs an Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of departmental operations through accurate record keeping, customer support and effective coordination of equipment, orders and documentation.You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting customers with enquiries, processing orders and quotations, and coordinating collections and deliveries.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Order ProcessingMaintain and update documentation and departmental recordsLog and track incoming equipment for calibrationMaintain the QA Order Book and customer order recordsPrepare and issue quotations, following up outstanding quotesRaise and manage sales orders and purchase ordersSet up and maintain customer accountsProcess customer payments securely via card paymentsCustomer ServiceProvide excellent customer support via telephone and emailAssist customers with orders and general enquiriesManage standing orders and recurring customer agreementsSend calibration reminders and follow-up communicationsBuild strong relationships with customers and provide a professional serviceCoordination & LogisticsArrange collections and returns using couriers and internal driversLiaise with courier companies to resolve delivery and collection issuesEnsure equipment movements are accurately recorded and trackedGeneral Office SupportMaintain accurate filing systems and databasesSupport the wider QA team with administrative tasksAssist with process improvements and continuous development initiativesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in an administrative positionExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlinesGood customer service skillsExperience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and OutlookThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamDesirableExperience within a quality, compliance, technical or regulated environmentPersonal AttributesHighly organised and methodicalReliable and accurateProactive and solution-focusedProfessional and customer-focusedAble to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWhat's On Offer?Stable, permanent positionVaried and interesting workloadFriendly and supportive team environmentOpportunity to develop your administration careerOngoing training and supportCompetitive salary and benefits packageIf you're a motivated Administrator looking for a varied role where you can make a real contribution to a busy team, we'd love to hear from you.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.TPBN1_UKTJ
