Senior Manager - Cost and Productivity (Technology, Media & Telecommunications) London Hybrid £80,000- £115,000 + Bonus + Benefits PackageWe are seeking a Senior Manager Cost and Productivity to join a leading consulting organisation delivering operational transformation and cost optimisation programmes across the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector.Working within a growing Enterprise Operations Transformation team, you will lead high-profile client engagements, helping software and media organisations improve financial performance, optimise costs and drive productivity. Combining strategic leadership, financial analysis and stakeholder management, you'll oversee complex transformation programmes while supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members.Key Responsibilities as a Senior Manager Cost and Productivity Lead the delivery of cost optimisation and productivity improvement programmes across the TMT sector.Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and implement operational improvement and cost transformation initiatives across software, media and technology businesses.Lead financial analysis, business case development, scenario modelling and cost baseline assessments.Identify cost reduction opportunities across COGS, SG&A and R&D through spend analysis and performance benchmarking.Oversee procurement and third-party spend optimisation programmes.Work with senior stakeholders across finance, technology, product, engineering, operations, procurement and commercial functions to deliver sustainable improvements.Implement cost governance frameworks, benefits tracking and programme controls.Lead, coach and develop junior consultants while overseeing project delivery.Support proposal development, business development activities and budget oversight.Travel to client sites as required to support programme delivery.Experience you'll need as a Senior Manager Cost and Productivity 810+ years' experience delivering cost optimisation, productivity improvement, financial transformation or operational improvement programmes within consulting or the TMT sector.Strong knowledge of cost transformation methodologies and programme management.Experience reducing costs across COGS, SG&A and R&D while driving productivity improvements.Strong understanding of cost drivers within software, SaaS, media or digital businesses, including cloud, software licensing, platform investment, marketing and workforce productivity.Advanced financial analysis and modelling skills using Microsoft Excel, including business case development and scenario planning.Experience preparing and presenting reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders.Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting business development and proposal activity.Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.Relevant professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, MCIPS or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.Willingness to travel and work flexibly across client locations.To hear more about the Cost and Productivity Senior Manager role , get in touch with Sophie Higginson at Anson McCade.AMC/SHI/CPSMLTPBN1_UKTJ
