Validation Manager

Its solutions are designed to incorporate modern technologies such as connectivity, remote access, and smart system integration, supporting evolving customer needs in a fast-moving market .The RoleWere looking for a Validation & Testing Manager to lead a high-performing Validation R&D team, ensuring all testing and product validation activities are delivered on time and to a high standard.This is a leadership role combining hands-on technical oversight with strong people management, ensuring that products are fully validated and reliable before release.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Validation R&D Team, overseeing day-to-day testing and validation activitiesEnsure all validation work is delivered on time and in line with agreed test plansAct as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring no faulty or buggy products leave validation without being fully resolvedSupport the Head of R&D with resource planning and workload managementManage team performance including KPIs, development, training, and progressionOversee team administration including holidays, recruitment, and general management dutiesProvide technical leadership and guidance to the validation teamDrive continuous improvement across testing processes and validation standardsEssential ExperienceProven experience in a Validation, Testing, or QA leadership roleStrong people management experience (team leadership, development, performance management)Experience managing test plans, validation processes, and delivery timelinesAbility to identify and resolve product faults/bugs before releaseStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with R&D leadershipDesirable ExperienceBackground in R&D or product development environmentsExperience supporting resource planning and scaling teamsExposure to electronics, embedded systems, or engineering-led products (if relevant to client)Why Join?Opportunity to take ownership of a critical validation functionWork closely with senior leadership and influence product qualityLead and develop a growing technical teamTPBN1_UKTJ
