Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient workflow, maintain high levels of accuracy, and foster a safe and productive working environment. You will play a crucial role in the customer journey, meeting our operational targets and ensuring timely delivery of goods. You will coordinate one designated area of the warehouse, while supporting, coaching and supervising the coordinators responsible for other areas.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and team leadOperational efficiencyGoods In managementPicking and packing operations – be hands onInventory and quality controlProblem solvingPerformance monitoringThe CandidateThe successful candidate will be reliable, hard-working and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment.You must be physically fit and able to lift heavy goods, as manual handling will form a key part of the role. Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic are just as important.
