OVERVIEW: PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINERWe are currently recruiting for a Process Operator Trainer for a well-established technical training provider. Providing high quality training to adult learners and corporate clientsIf you have thinking about downing your tools and have a genuine desire to move into a training role, enjoy working in a learning environment, then my client would like to hear from you. Training will be provided for the right candidateYou will be trained to deliver qualifications within Process Operations to apprentices. You will be a time served process operator with a desire to pass on your technical knowledge and skills to other process operators.THE ROLE OF PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINERTo deliver (by teaching, training and practical assessment methods) Process Operator accredited training courses.To carry out day to day duties/works associated with successful course delivery: preparing practical bays in workshop, remedial actions, responding to any technical queries from clientsTo maintain best possible relations with clients and companies.We are looking for applicants that are self-motivated, a team player and have a 'hands on approach' to work within this rewarding environment.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINERExperience as a time served process operatorLevel 4 (or above) process qualificationStrong practical knowledge of process operations, plant systems and safe working practicesExcellent Interpersonal/communication skillsOrganised with excellent attention to detail and ability to check workSelf-motivated, able to work under own initiative and without supervisionExcellent time management skills to ensure required tasks are monitored and prioritised.Ability to coach and influence a range of audiences effectivelyExcellent decision-making skillsSALARY/BENEFITS: PROCESS OPERATOR TRAINER£38K - £42K starting salaryExcellent Company Benefits Package and genuine career development opportunitiesFlexible and friendly working environmentExcellent holiday package - 29 days plus bank hols (can buy extra holidays)Life cover, pension contribution, birthday off and more!Candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS checkTPBN1_UKTJ
